PVC series is a rigid cross-linked closed cell PVC structural foam material. All products of PVC series has characteristics of excellent specific stiffness, specific strength, fatigue resistance, and impact resistance. They also have the functions: low water absorption, sound insulation, and heat insulation. These characteristics and functions give our products excellent performance and thus raise their applicability in wind energy,boating, sports, rails and aerospace etc.

PVC series uses a water suspension foaming process, which not only completes the cross-linked structure and makes the foaming more uniform, avoiding the original plate warping and hot pressing caused internal structure damage. It’s excellent dimensional stability and machinability, which is suitable for the manufacturing process of a variety of sandwich structures and compatible with a variety of resin systems. Therefore it is ideal  core material for lightweight and high strength composite sandwich structures. With the process temperature of -240C~120C, long-term use temperature of -240C~80C, PVC series is not easy to be damp, mildew, and has good flame retardant performance.
